CANCELLATION POLICY
At Solvia, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. A card on file is required to book all appointments and may be used in the event of a late cancellation. We understand that life happens and will always do our best to be understanding.
